The work

  • Utilise research and human-centred design methodologies to reimagine services, customer journeys, and products.

  • Conducting primary research, and collaborated with analytical teams to gather/interpret quantitative data. Leading to the identification of user needs, desires, and pain points for designing high-value opportunities across the customer experience.

  • Conducted on-site experiments with design feature improvements to gather valuable insights, enabling iterative feedback on the design and facilitating continuous improvement.
